The recent discovery of asbestos in the Willowdale Child Care and Learning Centre in Guelph led to the evacuation of children and employees. A staff member of the daycare discovered insulation at the bottom of the doorframe and subsequent testing proved the existence of asbestos in the vermiculite type insulation.
